Default No lights?

Hi Guys....my car was working just fine and i intalled some fog lights..then the swicth broke and now my lights(regular) dont work. I tried searching all over for this..but i'm not sure what i'm searching for. The lights that don't work are the back lights that light up at night, and the front ones that light up when you swicth the controller once. Also the gauge panel wont light up. What is this? And what parts do i need to fix it?

Also unrelated. My heat stop working recently. It worked fine when i had it, but i tried testing it getting ready for the winter and i got air nearly as cold as my AC....help please
