for a ford escourt zx2. its my understanding that the zx2 is pretty much a pre-focus, so is a focus engine a worthwhile look, or perhaps another vehicle. also i recently heard of z-tech, and was wondering if this is a multiple setting camshaft similar to the honda v-tec technoligy or if its something completely different. because if it is similar id like to ask about good block/head hybrid combos. thanks and definitly much appreciation to any one who will help thank you.

 

zetec and v-tec are two completely different things one is an engine family and the other is an engine system
