Exclamation ZX2 Engine Replacement HELP asap!

Ok a few of you may remember me I had a coolant problem well turns out it was a headgasket lol, Here is what happened everyday after I posted the car was harder and harder to start. So I ran it as long as I could cause I am poor and can't afford to get it fixed right away. Well it finally went... I was going up kinda of a incline so to speak and the car lost all power pretty much, So I dropped it into second gear and made it the last half a mile to work where the valve cover gasket gave I guess from built up pressure? and sent a decent amount of oil all thru the underhood of my car it started later that night but nothing aside from serious serious white smoke exited the exhaust pipe so it remains to sit at my work to today... , Now I have boughten a used motor 106k on it with warranty took me alot of walks home to save for it, I have here with me a "Ford Escort & Mercury Tracer 91-00 All models, Haynes Repair Manual" and A new engine along the way, This manual seems to be like its almost unsure of itself. Anyone got any tips for a good manual? I heard about chiltons but I don't know it its actually good I learned all my mechanics in a back farm yard lol, Now to my question I know this is asking alot but is there anyway someone that has replaced a whole motor could kinda give me a heads up on what to replace? here is what I can afford so far comes to about 170$ USD. After tax.

1. Timing Belt
2. Serp belt
3. Theromastat
4. Valve cover gasket
5. Oil pan gasket.
6. Oil n filter
7. Antifreeze
8. Spark plugs.

The motor is from a 1998 ZX2 motor I guess they are the same I had the early model motor in my 99 ZX2, but this is a manual tranny. is there a seal / gasket between the tranny and the motor? and can anyone that has changed out a whole motor before on this car or any car give me some " I wish I would of known that when I did it" tips? and about how long this should take roughly pending it all goes right and good?

P.S. Is it mandatory to replace the belt tensioners when doing the belts? cause I really cant afford it Or will my old ones work? I just put a timing belt on the last motor and it ran maybe 1-2 months before it went down. Again thank you for taking the time to read this and I really appreiate the help you can provide if any It's winter and it gets very very cold where I am at

P.P.S if not any help maybe a link to a site where I can get help on steps to take this thing out? and safely get the other one back in and running? The clutch is brand new so is the throwout bearing and the tranny pretty much I hope I didnt do any damage to the tranny running it at like 5-6k Rpms getting it to work the car didnt wanna move hardly I think i was doing 35-40 and just crawled into the driveway at work.

Old Motor - 99 XZ2 DOHC 2.0 thru 5/99 (PD - 2/99)
New Motor - 98 ZX2 DOHC 2.0 (PD- ??????)
