When I started my truck yesterday there was a single beep. I didn't know where it came from. It did it only when I started it. Today when I turn it on it is continuously sounding. There is a burning smell, too. Any idea what this alarm is for? How do I fix this problem? I need help... I'm a newbie.

 

Figured it out! The previous owner installed an inverter and I must have accidentally kicked it on, causing the beeping. I knew I had to look outside of standard ford equipment since I did not get a response. So in a way, no responses actually helped me out!
