2003 ford excursion keeps blowing fuse 45

2003 ford excursion keeps blowing fuse 45
I keep blowing fuse 45, and figure out why?? Anyone have any ideas?? I finally changed out the relay that goes to that fuse but notice the relays are all getting really hot? Please help....
