hello, i have a 2003 excursion with the v10. I have alittle probelm with the overhead console, it doesn't turn on. Has anyone had the same problem.

 

My 04' Started doing this last week. I start touching the buttons and it turns on again.

 

I also have a 2003 v10 and mine did the same time about amonth ago. I replaced the fuse but no luck. Please let me know if you find a solution!!

 

If your dimer is turned low, it may be hard or impossible to read with the lights on.
Also the dimmer could fail, do your other lights turn up and down?

Dumb, I know, but I thought I wasted a fuse or something once only to find one of the kids had
spun the dimmer down to zero.
)

The console can go bad, I have heard of it looking for info before.
Try googling it if you can't find it here, the site where people charge for answers had it discussed - maybe you?
