'00 expedition idle problem
Ok, for 5 years I've been having the same problem and no one seems to know why? I've had it put on computer, but there is no error code that comes up. Every time there is a season change my '00 expedition 5.4 L idles so low that it dies. I have to keep my foot on the gas when I brake. It seems after the car gets use to the weather, it doesn't do anymore....until this winter. It has been doing this since it got cold. I recently had someone tell me that the ignition coil on plug boot needed changed. If it was messed with it would die, so we replaced it. It ran fine for a whole day, and it's doing it again. Any suggestions?
