01 Expedition No start + more

OK here is one that's got me puzzled. I have three problems that started at exactly the same time. My 01 Expedditionwith 58,000 miles all of a sudden started to have a no start problem. It will crank but not start. I can try repeatedly and after 5 to 10 trys it will start and run great. I have noticed that when I turn the key to run before starting if I do not hear the fuel pump prime for the one second it is supposed too then it will not start. After trying several times the fuel pump will prime and then it will start. Two other problems that started at the same times are when it will not start the power windows will not work but when the fuel pump starts working the windows work too. The oil pressure gauge also says I have no oil pressure sometimes. I have had it checked and it does have oil pressure for sure. Is there some sort of relay module that controls all this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it could be a bad ignition switch.

Could be water leaking from windshield onto the GEM module and fuse box under the dash. Have seen these type of wierd things happen when they get full of water.
