I have a 04 Eddie Bauer 2wd without air suspension. Bought it used with 48000 miles on it. The ride is very stiff almost like there is no give in the shocks and springs. Joints in pavements feel like going through deep potholes. I think the previous owner did a lot of heavy towing. Could they have changed out the shocks and springs for a heavy duty ones? I expected the 2wd to ride a lot better than this. Thanks for the info.
