I have 1998 Expedition that has some wierd noises. When i start the car it sounds like a "schllliiinggg" type sound like the starter keeps going even though the key is no longer held. Also when the car is started after about 10 seconds it sounds like a high pitched squelling and when i shut it off it sounds liek it squells and then locks up with something. Im not a mechanic and im far from it but any idea of what this could be?
