Where do I find this part on this model year? Air system only blows cold.

 

The Blend door actuator sits/screws to the top of the heater plenum.. Check for heated coolant flow through the heater core prior to any dash work..

Hayapower- Is this the same on a '98? Or should I be looking at the white plastic item bolted to the bottom of the heater plenum container in this case?

I have a '98 with the exact same problem the gentleman with the '01 describes.
