I have know power to fuel pump but I have key on power to fuel shut off. also no voltage reference to cam or crank sensor

 

I believe you won't show any power to the crank or cam sensors because they generate their own signal when engine is turning over.
Also if its a 5.4L ,the PCM power relay energizes when the key is turned on to send power to the fuel pump circuit through the inertia switch. You might want to check out that PCM power relay located in the Central Junction Box under the dash panel LH side.
If you have power to the inertia switch , but not after it , try resetting it !
