I just traded a 2003 Expedition 4X4 Eddy Bauer for a 2007 Expedition 4X4 EL with everything except air ride. It has all of the automatic traction stuff. I just have 200 miles on it, but I have had it back for a little problem. When I stop at a light it shutters like it is going to stall for just a second, but does not. On acceleration sometimes it seems to miss or shutter just for a second. On the hill behind my house it shifts down 3 times and runs the tach to 3500 to get up the hill. The old truck went up the hill without any problem. The dealer said that the hill thing was caused by the 6 speed transmission and the shutter, stall was caused by the fly by wire accelerator. He said that many people complain about this on the fly by wire cars. Any ideas??

SOUNDS LIKE A CRAPPY ANSWER TO A VALID PROBLEM!
HONDA AND TOYOTA DON'T HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEIR FLY BY WIRE ON THEIR VEHICLES.
THE QUESTION:ARE THESE PROBLEMS GOING TO PERSIST? FOR HOW
LONG?ARE THEY EVER GOING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM?

I WOULD TAKE IT BACK AND ASK FOR THEM TOEXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE AND IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS THEN GET YOUR MONEY BACK!
