2018 expedition sync 3 “NO GPS”
I have searched all over and can’t seem to find a valid answer. I just bought a used 2018 expedition (that was a rental car, don’t know if that is needed info) from the moment we drove it off the lot the nagavgation has said “no gps” and will not update to where we actually are. I have factory restarted. I feel like I’m missing something because it seems like it’s turned off.
We were told to take to the dealer as it’s still under warentee, but ughhhhj.
Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Rental agencies frequently put tracking devices on their vehicles. If they somehow utilize the factory gps antenna by putting their system in-line with it, they could possibly have left the antenna disconnected after removing their tracker.
