97 Expedition, grinding noise (4w drive)
I have a "97" Expedition, There's a grinding noise in the front sounds like it might be from transfer case. When I take it out of "AWD" the noise lessens but doesn't always completely go away. The four wheel drive works in 4h, 4l, and AWD. (Could it be a u joint, wheel bearing, drive axel?) Any suggestion?
