99 heater problem

Default 99 heater problem
Have a 99 that has a heater problem. The rear unit works fine but the front unit only blows cold air. Everything seems to be working fine it's just the air is cold, water level is okay. Thanks

Hey I had this problem once. Pull off the **** on the front control for heater/ac. The back of the **** on mine was broken and it didn't turn the control, even though it felt like it was.
