Default Brakes are locking up

I have 2007 Ford Expedition my brakes are locking up on me when I press the brake pedal and I release the brake pedal the pedal function is fine I find out when I'm at a light when I go to drive off I feel the brake still holding on to the calipers I've changed brakes calipers and discs I also change the booster and master cylinder I'm still having this issue can someone please help me

I believe I made some suggestions in your other post.
In response to this one sometimes a brake hose will develop a flap inside and prevent the caliper from fully releasing.

Its happens to all 4 wheels

Something you might check, make sure the rod from the brake booster and pedal is not too long preventing the master cyl from coming all the way back to the released position.

Try loosening the master cylinder mount a couple of turns and test drive, if this helps then the brake pedal rod is too long you will need to adjust it.
