Number one - never pull spark plug wires or fuses unless you pull and immediately replace one at a time. Number two - the owners manual will tell you about the majority of the fuses and what they do. Buy a new manual - they're only $10 or $20 and they tell you how to operate everything on your vehicle and some manuals even give you a schedule of when parts should be replaced or serviced to keep it running well for a long time. Without it is like running through a grove of trees full-bore without eyes. Sometimes they even tell you the easy ways totake out and installair filters and such without breaking stuff.
