I have a 2000 Expedition witch i love but i was comeing home the other night & I blew a spark plug out just wondering if this was common for Ford Trition motors to do that?

 

Wonder no more ! Yes it is a problem with certain Ford engines. If you Google that subject you will be able to read of many horror stories relating to that problem.

 

There is a repair kit called Time Sert that is about the best afdtermarket repair out there. A good shop should be able to repair it for you. It is a lot cheaper than a head. The dealer may or may not repair it. So check independant shops.
