Hello, I have a 2018 expedition and got into an accident with someone hitting me in the back. The auto body shop that has my truck has had it for 7 weeks. This is a brand new truck for me with 10,000 miles on it. I finally went and picked up my truck and will wait till the part arrives. The part number is JL1Z7843400D its part of the trim on the back near the camera. The auto shop said that some things will not work due to not having this part. My question is can they set my running board down so my wife can get into and out of the truck with our baby? As of now the running board is up and will not work. Thank you for you time and input.
