Default Head work or engine replacement

Just got a 2000 Expedition,was sitting in storage over a year. 86,000 miles,changed all fluids,brakes done .Drove vehicle approx. 4000 miles,head gasket blew.Cheapest est >$4000 .Any and all advice welcome.

Milage isnt to high, may be worth doing the heads but would be worth replacing all internal timing parts while doing head gasket, dont want to have to go back into engine again.
No other engine issues present I hope.
Yes timing parts may be fine till 300K but why not replace the parts when they are labor expensive wise and already removed from the engine.
