1997 Expedition 4x4 5.4L
How do you ​​​​​grease the front drive shaft slip yoke on the 1997 Expedition? Does that sleeve where the seal is thread off with a pipe wrench or something?

 

 

Tried threading that seal sleeve off, it just turns, no threads. I thought maybe it just pulls apart with brute force but elected to not chance wrecking it so...
I am going to drill and insert a grease nipple into it. Should come with one anyway. Not going to worry about balance too much. Will let you know how it works.

 

It went ok. I pumped a lot of grease into the new fitting.
