Instrument panel lights out

Hi. My car was in a flash flood and ever since my panel lights that display MPH, RPM, gas, ect ect do not work. I was curious if it could just be a fuse or how I should go about fixing them. I have a 2001 Expedition.

If you have the owner's manual it should tell you which fuse and where it is that feeds the instrument panel lights. Many times it is a 5 amp fuse.
