Hey yall'
I have a 2021 Ford Expedition Max King Ranch. When the outside temp goes above 84 degrees F, my moonroof makes popping sounds on the rear right corner whenever I turn the vehicle or hit a bump. It seems to me to be a torsion issue with the glass and the metal on the roof. This only seems to happen when the temp is hot outside. I live in Texas so imagine that, its hot outside.
Anyway, took to the dealership and they told me that they need to investigate further and think it may be the roof rack. Well, I took the roof rack off and the problem still persists.
If anyone has come across this issue before and had it fixed, please let me know what you found. Im afraid that the entire moon roof will shatter at some point.
