Navigator/F-150 wheels?

Navigator/F-150 wheels?
I have a 97 Expedition (4x4, 17" 5 lug)...considering swapping out my wheels with a set from a 2000 navigator (17", 5 lug, polished aluminum).
Has anyone done this or can someone tell me if they (navigator, expedition) can use the same wheels?
