Default Problems with # 5 cyl.

I could really use some help. The other day,my engine started running ruff when we were driving home from work. It was like it had some bad gas. We took it and had it checked. The computer said it was the #5 cyl misfiring. We replaced the plugs. Had it tested again. It still said it was the #5. We then replaced the coil pack on that one. It is still testing to the cyl. We have even had the fuel injectors checked. They are fine. What else could it be? Has anyone else had this problem? I would appreciate any information that anyone could give me.
