It idles rough in Park/Neutral as well correct?
If you canraise the RPM slightly off idle (1000-1200) and the engine smooths, it could be the IAC (idle air control).. If you raisethe PPM's and the engine still runs rough or misfires it could be other issues. Has the 'check engine light' come on?

yea, i tired to raise up the idle to 900-1k and it runs smooth. So must be the the throttle that I might need to raise it up to 8-900 rpm, cause its staying at 700 rpm rite now. Imma do that and repost to see if it makes a difference.

If raising the idle slightly makes it runs smooth, you have no CEL (check engine light) chances are the IAC is the fault.. The PCM/IAC are in control of the idle speed.. The throttle plate is factory set and non adjustable...

PCM is the Powertrain Control Module (known as the computer) , and the IAC is the Idle Air Control motor (some call it a solenoid).. The PCM is in control of the IAC (idle control) to allow 'bypass' intake air to flow around the throttle plate.. PCM is in control idle speed, and allows for load conditions, (A/C demand, Power steering ect.) RPM changesunder idle conditions (to just above) for a more stable idlevarying the IAC's position.. It's not the only thing that can cause a stall or rough idle, but they have a fair failure rate or become plugged, or stick...
