You got to give more details if you want help.
What area does the noise come from.
When does the noise occur.
What speeds are you going when the noise occurs.
What have you already replaced.
What recent work has been done.
Ect.

Until Scott gets a chance to reply, can we ask 2 other questions,
How many miles on your vehicle and don't be bashful, please tell us as far as you know , what was damaged and what repairs were done.
This is all very important to get the total picture. Thank you.

Is the noise related to vehicle speed or engine speed?
You can shift to neutral when in motion and rev the engine to separate vehicle and engine speed.
Does it change/go away when turning either way, if yes how hard a turn and which way.
Do you have aftermarket wheels/lift/suspension.
Did it start the day you got your vehicle back from the body shop or did it start a few days after.
