I have a 2017 expedition el limited 4x4....had it serviced....new battery....new plugs....transmission serviced in August....pulling our travel trailer on August 14......5 miles from home the motor started shuddering and the golden wrench light came on.....i nursed it into a parking lot.....had it towed to local ford dealer.....thdy said the code that stored was .....low voltage.....that caused ths failure......it has done the same thing 3 more times....once with the trailer and 2 times without.....last 3 times no codes were set.....it happens....pull over....put it in park and shut it off.....wait 30 to 45 seconds and it starts and goes like nothing happened.....dealer has had the truck driving it randomly to reproduce the problem....no luck....anybody else have or had this happen and what was your solution.....thanks

 

Dealership was able to reproduce the problem and said it was the turbo that was bad ...we shall see
