I have a 96 ford explorer four door xlt and im curious if i can take the motor and transmission and put it in a 95 2 door explorer. Mine is a manual and the 95 is an automatic not sure if that matters considering i have the wiring harness and ecerything to put in it my question is do i need to mod anything for my motor and transmission to fit?? Is the driveshaft different? Or can i use the one thats on the 95 explorer or is my transmission to long to fit?
