Default 1998 For Explorer maintenance

Does anyone know the exact location of the PCV valve on a 1998 Explorer 4.0 Liter, OHV engine?

Also, what's the best way to depressurize the fuel line when changing the fuel filter?

the best way to depressurize the fuel line is by the schrader valve.
It should have a blue dust cap on it and looks just like a tyre valve.
press the pin inside just like a tyre valve.
