2000 Explorer hesitates at high RPM

2000 Explorer hesitates at high RPM
I have a 2000 explorer when I go to get on the highway and punch it when my rpm gets around 4000 the truck bucks than once it shifts and the rpm drops the bucking or hesitation stops. No check engine light on. Any ideas out there?????
