Default 2003 Ford 4.6L Timing Chain question!

Forgive me if this has been addressed. I have searched the forums and found lots of information but not exactly what I am looking for. Without all the excuses, I screwed up and let both cam shafts move while installing new timing chains and gears. crank was not at TDC. Never started the engine saw the mistake and carefully rolled the engine over to TDC, verified with TDC gage. In looking at diagrams I am trying to determine exactly where the Left and Right Cam shaft dots should be. Crank is at bottom. Right side (Passenger) appears to be at 11:00 o'clock position and Left (Driver side) at 1:00 o'clock position. I have myself confused on where the darn dots should be.

Also, how far off can you be? as the Right cam (Passenger) tends to roll up from the 11:00 o'clock position to 12:00 once I reinstalled the chains.

Attached is photo of the cam gears with the timing marks in Red.

Any advice would be sincerely appreciated.
