Recently after a new battery was installed into my 2014 Explorer my Sync2 Nav started to malfunction . Off course. Unable to correct. First tired the new map update A9.. Still a problem. Updated Sync 2 to version 3.10 . still a problem. Contacted my ford dealer . Ran a diagnostic test ... reprogrammed and updated NAV NO CHARGE....and so far so good. My only complaint is with A9 map update, compared to the A8 or A4 it is much slower to load..... but graphics are a bit more enhanced.
