Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but could not find a specific topic for SYNC

Has anyone else gotten an email from Ford stated that effective August 2018 SYNC and SYNC 3 will no longer be supported by Ford. ??

I am none too happy about this....still trying to figure out what I will no longer be able to do....kinda thinging not much .....voice commands, navigation, phone, ?

 

I have as well, and actually came to this forum to find out what is going on. I have a 2014 Escape with MyFordTouch, and cannot get a straight answer as to what is going on. Hoping at least to have phone, voice commands, etc! But who knows?
