I have a 2015 Ford Explorer with the smaller sync display. I haven’t had any issues with sync until now.

i had my iPhone X connected to it, but today am unable to get it connected at all.

When I go to add a new phone to bluetooth, I immediately get that it failed.

I removed phone from sync which didn’t fix the issue when re-pairing it. Did a master restart, same issue. Tried another phone with same results.

Anything else I can try?
