2016 Explorer

Every time we start our 2016 Explorer the driver side heated seat comes on. It can't be shut off with heated seat button only by pressing the cooling seat button can it be shut off. Any ideas on what is going on?

does this occur only when you remote start the vehicle or even when started with the key or push button start

It occurs even when starting with the push button start.

the switch contacts may be stuck closed. if your under warranty have the dealer sort it out.

Go into your settings and turn it off for now,till u see the dealer

Q..does your shift selector lights on console lite up a different color for D..and S?....please mine only lights up.dash board shows different lights.
