Hi All,

I have purchased a 2017 Explorer which came with Sync 3 along with Android auto which I am mostly trying to use with Google Maps, but usually after working for 10-15 min it will throw up a msg: "Sync can't connect to USB device" in order to fix that I need to disconnect my phone and connect it back which is quite annoying. Does somebody else experiencing this issue and is there any work around for it?
