Default 2023 Ford Explorer XLT

Purchased a new 2023 Ford Explorer and only had a couple of weeks. This vehicle runs loudly. Seems like the exhaust and a belt. Had it back to the dealer and they said everything is fine. They told me the exhaust has several tiny holes drilled in it so water can drain out and it won't rust easily. Has anyone purchased this vehicle and have noticed how loudly they run? Thinking of returning it because it is very annoying.

The holes are no larger than 1/8 inch for water drainage and are not large enough to add additional exhaust noise. If you are not happy with your dealer, maybe they have a 23 Explorer on the lot you can take for a test drive and compare it with yours. It may just be the nature of the beast.
