Has spark and has fuel going to the fuel rail but fuel is not going through injectors. HELP!!!

Since the computer from the info it gets sends a ground to an injector, if that injector has power to it and now it gets a ground signal it should open.
The easiest thing to check is the fuse for the injectors . If it is open all the ground signals in the world won't make the injector open.

Let's see what you find.

The fuse is the first thing I checked.

Do you have power at the injectors with the key on?

Yes they do.

One simple test,
Either use a voltmeter or test light.
Clip ground lead of test lite to a battery positive source,then see if any injector is getting a ground signal from the PCM. The engine needs to be cranking to see this. You will either be getting a ground signal to fire the injector or you won't, need to know that.
Also you must have fuel under pressure at the injector , just fuel presence is not adequate for running. Use a fuel pressure gauge to check this.at the fuel rail schrader fitting.
Let us know what pressure you are getting..

For your vehicle engine,you should have 35-40 psi fuel pressure at the gauge connection with just the key on engine off (KOEO)

My mechanic gave up . Last I heard there was 40 psi fuel

It is unfortunate when a mechanic gets discouraged and we almost all have been there at one time or another.

I suspect giving you these things to check and do are probably not that helpful since you may not have the tools to do the checks.

Is it possible for you to have someone else look at your vehicle?

I would be reasonably sure there is an electrical problem affecting the fuel system, but it doesn't make much sense describing procedures if you cannot perform them.since you don't have the necessary tools.
