Default 96 Explorer EB Power Locks

My power locks quit on me last night. I first noticed just the drivers lock not working. That lasted 3 or 4 times, then they all quit. I haven't taken a look at it yet, but would it be the actuator or relay? Anyone had this problem before? I appreciate the help.

It could be a couple of things a short in the motor, a bad wire, the switches (could have gotten moisture in) or a relay.
