Default 97 Explorer XLT

I just bought a 97 Explorer from my son and I have been trying to buy a Timing Chain Kit set for it. Depending on the store or site everyones opinion is different. I have been searching for 4.0 6cyl SOHC Timing Chain SET Includes 2 of everything. Is this correct? I also needa
Cylinder heat gasket set? My last question is what other Ford vehicle is my explorer compatible with (Ranger? etc.,) This would help me in finding my parts.
Thanks
