98 Explore Rear Calipers. This is my first time replacing brakes on rear discs. I'm using the same tool i use on the front disc calipers plus a new G clamp. The cylinder on the caliper is not moving.

Do I need to turn the caliper in to depress it?

If so, Is it clock wise or counter?
