98 ford exp lighting problem

Default 98 ford exp lighting problem

ok so her is my problem my lights dont work. i have checked the fuses i have looked at the buld filiments and they are all ok. when i turn my light swich my parking lights are comming on but nothing else... however when i pull back on the blinker/windshield/brights lever my brights will come on? i dont know what needs to be replaced any ideas?

With the lights on Jiggle the rear connector on the Head Lamp assembly to see if there is an intermittant connection. Measure the resistance of the each lamp section to see if if there is a very low Ohms reading, you can compare the low beam and the High beam to get a general Idea of the differences, chances are the low beams are out.

Could also be everything from a Bad Connector, Bad Bulbs, Bad Light switch etc...

My money is on either bad bulbs or bad/intermittant rear connector for Head Lamp Assy.
