The handbrake on my vehicle has to be pulled up very high in order to have any effect. Aside from the adjuster on the actual brake setup themselves (the winder in the brake drum) [as I have already adjusted these and gained some improvement], is there any other adjustment on the hand brake setup on a 1998 Ford UP Explorer XT?
