bought a used 2004 Ford explorer sport trac

How can I figure out what model it is for insurance purposes? I believe two of the options are just ford explorer sport trac and ford explorer sport trac XLT...there may be others. thanks.

the XLT model was the top of line trim package and options that came with it. about the only other was the sport
