check engine light on

Default check engine light on
2001 V6 75,000 miles, check engine light came on. OBD codes P0171 and P0174, rt and lt bank running too lean. What would be the most likely cause of this. O2 sensor, mass airflow, or what? engine has never had a tuneup other than new filters and routine oil changes.

ends up it was just a vacuum leak. Reconnected hose and ran diagnostics-all is well.
