I just purchased a 2005 Explorer XLT yesterday with a keyless entry system. However, gthe card that was supposed to have the 5-digit entry code on it was not in the car. My husband has looked everywhere that has been suggested and he still can't find this code. Can anyone tell us where it's located?

ok got to the back of the explorer open the jack location and look up in there toward the front of the explorer there is a little box up in there really hard to see but get a mirror and look at the right side of it there is a label and the code is printed on it

 

Thanks for the reply. However, both my husband and the Ford dealer thought the code would be in the jack area and no one has been able to find it (the dealer even checked three different areas today and couldn't find it)! It must be in a different location for newer Explorers. Does anyone out there have a 2005 Explorer that knows where to find this code?
