I have a 1993 Explorer. I was trying to service the striker and in the process the captive retaining nut fell inside the body. Is there a repair for this short of removing the interior paneling which seems daunting. Please help

 

[>:]If the retaining nut fell inside, I would think you would have to take off the interior door panel and vacum it out. I have a 96 ford and had to do the same when somebody broke my window and glass got all down insideand behind the speaker.
