Default driver brake/turn signal wont work

I have a 2003 explorer xlt. About a week ago I noticed that the left turn signal was going faster than before. So I thought the bulb was bad and I replaced it. After replacing it, it still doesn't work. My front one works fine but the back still won't work. THe right side is fine. I thought maybe a relay or fuse but I'm assuming that it would affect both sides not just the one. If anyone has any insight it would help.

Thanks,
"one light" marc
